Red Managed Services work with Lidl under a Frame work Agreement delivering Building Services support.

Working closely with Lidl’s in house construction teams, Red Managed Services provide Site Supervision and Quality Control inspection support, inclusive of delivery of O&M Manual assistance, for the Lidl store development programme. Our input to the store delivery is from initial design to completion / handover.

These services include site inspections for quality of installation, material selection, meeting and liaison with installing contractors, all to ensure specification compliance.

Breeam Consultancy services are provided by Lidl through our Licensed Breeam Assessors and Breeam Accredited Professionals ensuring that Lidl maximise the credits available to them.

Working closely in conjunction with our Breeam Assessors and Accredited Professionals our Energy Consulting team deliver all aspect of Renewable Energy reports and Part L services. These Energy services include:

  • IES Thermal Modelling
  • Part L / Section 6 Compliance
  • EPC
  • Daylight Calculations
  • Thermal Comfort
  • LZV reporting
  • Sustainability Strategy
