Appointment by Hyder to advise on concept design and builders work space and volume requirements for 40 and 28-storey residential towers and mixed use podium project in Malaysia, working for Eric Kuhne’s Civic Arts Architects.
DIFC Plot PA-05, Dubai
Mixed use high rise development, standing almost 1,250 feet tall, this extraordinary building will contain 32 floors of offices,
21 of residential, a 16 floor boutique hotel and 10 floors of serviced apartments. Red’s remit includes a focus on whole-life costs,
hence low maintenance, energy efficient solutions are prioritized. Red’s MEP design recognizes the requirements of LEED. The building
is to attain a LEED Silver accreditation.Appointed directly, Red created a detailed concept stage energy model. Armed with this
analysis, the team designed a building requiring 30% less cooling than comparable buildings, significantly reducing plant, riser

Aquum Towers, Dubai Waterfront
Red provided full MEP design services to this development in Dubai’s Waterfront district – a very ambitious master plan that when
completed claims will accommodate more than a million people. This twin 42-storey luxury tower is
currently on hold after completing scheme design stage. Architect: Plan Quadrant
