Red Managed Services
Red Managed Services is focused on handover management and aftercare, making sure that, from their first day of operation to their last, clients enjoy the whole life benefits inherent in their design.
Alongside, Red Managed Services provides BREEAM consultancy services, maximising BREEAM credits.
The range of services we provide within this category is thus broad, but almost all are about making sure that each building works to the full efficiency of its design, all the time. The foundations for achieving this are services such as commissioning management, FM solution design and FM procurement. Readily understandable building user guides and log books facilitate on-going high efficiency, whilst services such as lifecycle cost consultancy and energy audits help to measure progress and keep it on-track.
