Our Global Design Centre takes the work of our concept designers and tests it, benchmarks it and produces software models, data and engineering calculations and drawings at a far higher speed than traditional models allow, rapidly turning concepts into functional engineering.
The experience and resources of our designers enables us to fulfil, to a superb standard, a range of associated services, including project and portfolio appraisals, energy and environmental impact studies, LEED AP services and value engineering.
The strength of our Global Design is such that we are able to recalculate and produce new drawings at great speed, e.g., for the Yas Hotel, over 1300 drawings in just 12 weeks. Again, project managers frequently find such a service invaluable. We have a great many systems which monitor our progress, enabling us to report accurately on that progress and deliver on time.
