Chief Financial Officer of RED, Olivier has over 18 years of financial experience, 11 of these years spent working within acquisitions, investments and financial advisory. 

Olivier is experienced across a wide spectrum of business development activities (acquisitions, divestments, investments, project financing, arbitrations, partnerships), sectors (engineering, industrial services, electricity generation, electricity and gas transportation and distribution, water supply, green mobility), work environments and cultures.

Prior to joining RED in 2018, Olivier was part of Engie Latin America, heading the department of acquisitions, investments and financial advisory for Chile, Peru and Columbia. Key projects supervised over the years included development and financing of desalination projects, financing of green mobility, partial sell down and financing of transmission lines, setting up partnerships, bids for Power Purchase Agreements, investments in and acquisition of non-conventional renewable energy projects, acquisitions of CAM (LatAm wide service group) and gas stream (small scale regasification).

In his capacity of Chief Financial Officer at RED, Olivier is responsible for the management of the RED Group’s financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, risk management, accounting, treasury and optimisation of financial and business performance.  He controls, supports and provides advice and assistance to the operational staff and to the management teams across the various regions.
