Compliance & Supplier Administrator -
London/ Bicester/ Newcastle/ Guildford

We are now looking for an experienced and process driven administrator to join one of our UK offices.
Role Responsibilities:
Providing support to Head of Management Systems & Compliance and undertaking daily administrative tasks to assist with the smooth running of the department.
Compliance Administration
- Collaborating with QA / Departmental Champions to ensure the document store of templates, policies and procedure documents are maintained along with the Document Register
- Creating and updating O365 Forms and Power Automate Flows
- Supporting with various projects and initiatives
- Developing and updating spreadsheets, databases and registers as required to support activities
- SharePoint development support
- Internal communication analytic reporting
- Client onboarding administration support
Supplier Administration
- Main point of contact for supplier administration in the UK
- Performing supplier pre-qualification and onboarding activities (including credit, ethics and reference checks)
- Performing supplier renewals for the existing database of approved suppliers
- Supplier set up on Salesforce and SAP
- Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve general queries related to onboarding and ongoing management
- Maintaining the company’s database of approved suppliers
- Preferential supplier analysis/reporting
- Identify and support with continued process improvements
Role Requirements:
- 2 - 5 years’ experience in a general administration related role
- Good working knowledge / use of Office 365 Word / Excel / PowerPoint and Outlook
- Knowledge of other applications including software-based project and CRM management systems
- Previous supplier administration experience beneficial
- Friendly, polite and helpful manner
- Excellent organisation skills
- Good time management skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise own workload
- Accuracy / Excellent attention to detail
- Familiarity with business administration systems and processes
- Hours flexibility (able to carry out overtime at short notice)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
