10 Trinity Square

RED was employed to design the mechanical, electrical and public health services at 10 Trinity Square. The refurbishment and redevelopment project will see the heritage building transformed into a luxury hotel, spa, private residences and club.

This base heated is represented by the year round load of the domestic hot water plant and the swimming pool heating system. The optimum capacity of the CHP unit has been estimated at 250 kW(e) and 321 kW(th). The net estimated annual carbon emission reduction resulting from the installation of the proposed CHP system was projected to be 534 tonnes of CO₂ per annum (21.75% carbon reduction).

The super-prime development commands breathtaking views over London. The 42 residential apartments will be spread over four floors and comprise a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom units,   as well as penthouses. The 120-room hotel   will be of the highest specification, with the feel of a luxury private residence. There will be a beautiful spa, restaurant offering, club, and private dining facilities.
