LinkedINPhil graduated in Chemical Engineering and is a Chartered Engineer with more than 40 years' experience working across the energy, oil & gas, construction, and infrastructure sectors in Latin America, the Middle East, and Europe.
During his career, Phil has held senior roles spanning front-end engineering design, project management, commercial sales, marketing, and business development working with blue-chip global companies. This extensive international and multi-sector experience enables him to provide a joined-up and flexible approach when working with clients across all stages of a project lifecycle, from new developments to existing installations.
Phil leads RED's Energy team, driving expertise in decentralised and decarbonised power, heating and cooling systems, energy efficiency, and low-carbon infrastructure solutions. Working closely with RED's parent company, Tractebel, part of ENGIE, he helps to position RED at the forefront of the evolving energy landscape by delivering practical, innovative, and sustainable solutions for clients.
