Carolyn is Company Secretary to the Group Holding Board and reports at UK Board level with responsibility for a number of business functions including health & safety, statutory and corporate governance matters, together with management of the Company’s HR, training and development and employment law processes and procedures.

She is responsible for the implementation of Quality Assurance, Safe Contractor and SSIP accreditations, together with business systems and processes.  Carolyn also oversees the day to day management of the marketing and administration teams within the European offices.
