We now seek a Due Diligence Senior Analyst to be based in our Manila office.

Role Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research, background investigations and risk assessments on projects, individuals, entities, vendors/suppliers or locations to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
  • Identify and escalate potential compliance issues to management.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all due diligence activities.
  • Prepare due diligence and compliance reporting materials for presentation to Ethics & Compliance and/or Legal.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices.
  • Support the continuous improvement of due diligence procedures including relevant systems and applications.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry or company regulations and best practices.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing solutions.
  • Collaborating globally with peers and counterparts across RED and/or Tractebel group.
  • Developing long-term business relationships with colleagues.
  • Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Role Requirements

You will need to possess the following professional and technical expertise:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder
  • 6-8 years of Due Diligence experience including risk management, compliance, client service, operations support, or business process management
  • Experience in multinational company (MNC) environment
  • Strong analytical Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Identify And Assess Potential Risks.
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Present Findings To Senior Management.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Diligent with great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have a keen eye for even the smallest of details
  • Must be willing to work as part of a team and even to lead a team if required to do so
  • Act in an ethical manner and follow the principles of the Ethics Charter and Ethics in Practice Guidelines of the Group
