We now seek a Human Resource Assistant to be based in our Manila office.

Role Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, metrics, and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
  • Provide general administrative support including documentation, scheduling, and filing.
  • Support the maintenance and optimization of HR systems and tools.
  • Assist in data entry, system audits, and troubleshooting basic HR tech issues.
  • Help coordinate talent management activities such as performance reviews, development plans, and employee surveys.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Support onboarding processes including documentation, orientation logistics, and system setup.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide timely administrative assistance.
  • Help ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide occasional administrative support for recruitment activities such as interview scheduling or candidate tracking, as needed.

Role Requirements

You will need to possess the following professional and technical expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in HR or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR systems is a plus.
