RED initially undertook a feasibility study into the replacement of the Air Handling Units (AHUs) serving the Custody Suite and 3no. Courtrooms. The feasibility report highlighted that the AHUs serving these areas are to be replaced with additional cooling to be provided. The report also stated electrical upgrade works and a new controls strategy.
Following the feasibility stage, RED undertook the Stage 3 design producing Tender Drawings and MEP Tender Specification. RED also undertook the Principal Designer duties during the Tender Desing Stage which included providing the Pre-Construction Information
RED has been supporting the Client to provide Technical Support Role and Construction Desing Management duties during the Construction Stage all the way through to Completion and Handover.
