RED Engineering Design

I joined RED in 2021 and not to be biased but this is the best company I have ever been into. I have been in the engineering industry for more than 6 years now (started 2016), and in my 2 years with RED, I have learned and grown a lot here. What I like about RED is we have a diverse team. Everyone is very welcome, and you will never feel out of place. Besides being diverse, another thing I like about RED is that you won’t be stuck in one job, you will be able to explore and expand your knowledge in everything. I am lucky to be part of RED. As of this writing, I am in our London office as part of the secondment program, where RED sends employees to our other offices around the world to experience different culture and to broaden our knowledge and experience in the field.

Back when I was in the University, the percentage of female students studying engineering is just around 15-20% because people think engineering is a man’s job. Using this platform, WiRED (Women in RED),I want to encourage young women to consider becoming engineers and make a change in the world.

And with that, I want to leave you with this quote by Eleanor Roosevelt, “No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.”
