RED's Sustainability Solutions & Climate Change team provide clients and professional parties with sustainability analysis, compliance, certification, reporting and strategy services.

impACT Consultancy

Aligned with the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Plan of work Green Overlay & BSRIA (Building Services Research and Information Association) BG6, our services are tailored to provide clients with a clear understanding of their projects’ environmental impact and the actions they can take to make that impact as positive as possible.

Certifications

RED offers BREEAM Advisory Professional and consultancy services and works with clients to develop cost-effective strategies to meet planning requirements, providing support through to final certification. We also offer NABERS, LEED and Activescore building standard consultancy.

Sustainability Audits

The initial stage in a client's endeavor to decrease energy consumption and carbon emissions is to conduct comprehensive audits. These audits are customized to align with the specific reporting requirements of clients, such as GRESB, CRREM, UKGBC, ISO 50001, TCFD, etc. This tailored approach ensures that the outputs generated from the audits are in line with the desired formatting standards of these organisations.

Sustainability Regulation Compliance

We specialise in providing comprehensive assistance with sustainability regulation compliance. Our expertise encompasses various areas, including ensuring Part L compliance, conducting EPC assessments, performing ISO 50001 planning assessments, preparing planning energy statements, and utilising IES modelling. With our expertise, clients can ensure adherence to sustainability standards, optimise energy efficiency, and make informed decisions regarding their projects' environmental impact.

Embodied Carbon – Life Cycle Assessments

To account for embodied carbon in projects, studies are conducted to quantify and improve the carbon footprint of materials and equipment. These studies are essential inputs for life cycle assessments, which evaluate the environmental impact of a project throughout its entire life cycle.
