Initiatives to promote Employee well being:

Our employee health and wellbeing initiative, RED Wellness, aims to provide our employees with support and education related to health & wellbeing. We aim to remove stigma around mental health and provide a safe space for employees to feel heard and supported.

To achieve these goals, we organize a variety of events annually in sync with the four pillars of wellness: Physical, Financial, Emotional and Nutritional.

These events include collaborations with external experts who conduct frequent webinars and workshops, Cookalongs, and our RED Wellness Week, which encourages employees to spend 3-4 hours performing an activity that benefits their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

We launched the RED Wellbeing Handbook in September 2022, containing practical guidance and tips to foster positive mental health and well-being practices. It also includes a list of external resources to aid our employees in their efforts. Our employees can access a web-based app with a variety of resources, exercises, educational videos, and meditations, making it convenient to care for their mental health.
