RED Wellness - Cookalong!

To support our Wellness pillar of ‘Nutritional’, employees at RED took part in a live Nutrition Talk and Cookalong with The Cookaway.

Hosted by experienced Nutritionist and Chef, May Simpkin, we were guided through cooking a delicious and healthy dish of Soy & Ginger Chicken (or Tofu) with vibrant Soba Noodle Vegetable Stir-Fry. May also discussed the role that food can play to help you meet your energy requirements more effectively!
