We provide comprehensive end-to-end MEP, ICT, and Sustainability services, ensuring a seamless and high-performance approach to data centre design. Our focus is on maximising safety, driving innovation, and strengthening resilience at every project stage.

RED Spain was established in 2025 to support our global client base with a strong locally based team. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our engineering capability and are looking for passionate, innovative, and energetic professionals across all levels in the following areas:

• Mechanical Design Engineering
• Electrical Design Engineering
• Design Management
• BIM

The successful candidates would be based in our Madrid office. A Remote worker based in Spain would be considered if bringing the right experience to the role- future office locations within Spain will be opened as the business grows.

About the roles:

You will be a key player in helping to deliver the design services on a range of mission critical buildings for Tier 1 clients and Hyperscalers. Joining this team at the start of the journey will mean your input will help shape our growth. Together, we will be working on Spain’s digital transformation and developing AI infrastructure across the Iberia peninsula.

You will join a growing team of passionate engineers dedicated to project delivery, reporting directly to the RED Spain Senior Leadership/ RED Spain Director.

Your responsibilities also include:

• Represent RED at meetings with customers, professional teams and contractor teams as required.
• Maintaining close liaison with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure successful project delivery and support business development.
• Supporting the delivery of commercial bids to secure new and additional work.
• Senior members of the team will be expected to a team of engineers to deliver projects,
• International travel may be required to support projects, develop and maintain contact with other offices within the group, attend events, and visit clients/partners.

Role Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years working in Data Centre Engineering or 5 years in a related industry / engineering discipline
• Willingness to travel and work in diverse environments and conditions, collaborating with local teams across various regions and engaging with clients, partners, and suppliers internationally.
• Grado or Master en Ingeniería or Ingeniería Técnica/Superior in a relevant engineering discipline, or demonstrable equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development, including membership in at least one relevant professional institute is desirable.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
