Masterplanning and site selection
RED supports hyperscale development from the ground up. Our teams assess site suitability, evaluate power, water, and telecoms infrastructure, and plan for scalable, phased deployment. Since 2017, we’ve masterplanned more than 40GW of hyperscale capacity worldwide.
MEP design
We deliver mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) designs built for scale. Our work includes high-density power distribution, advanced cooling systems, and N+1 redundancy for critical systems such as chillers, pumps, and uninterruptible power supply infrastructure.
Modular design
RED designed the world’s first Tier III modular data centre certified by the Uptime Institute and continues to lead in modular hyperscale design, enabling faster project delivery without compromising performance or reliability.
Advanced cooling solutions
Using CFD modelling with 6SigmaDCX, RED analyses airflow, temperature, and pressure across complex environments. We use thermal simulations to optimise cooling and performance for high-density workloads.
