For this large data-centre development on a 43,000 m² site in Ankara, Turkey, RED delivered the concept design and led the Uptime Institute Tier IV Standard certification process. 


The facility was engineered to achieve LEED Platinum status, embedding high-performance, low-carbon design principles throughout.


Key sustainability features included a photovoltaic system supplying 10% of the electricity demand and a free-cooling system delivering an 11.3% reduction in carbon emissions compared to traditional DX air-conditioning systems.
