We now seek a HR Business Partner to join us on a 12 Month Contract.
Role Responsibilities
- Work closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR policies and processes.
- Liaise with wider Group to develop and implement HR policies and processes.
- Provide data-driven insights to support senior management in people and business decisions.
- Advise and coach managers on employee relations issues.
- Where appropriate, manage employee relations cases (i.e. disciplinary, grievance, performance, etc).
- Ensure compliance with legislation and Group compliance policies.
- Maintain employee data and records via HRIS.
- Administration of relevant HR documentation (i.e. employment contracts, reference letters, salary review letters, etc).
- Compiling reports and data on regular and ad-hoc basis.
- Support on recruitment of internal staff and external freelancers (as required).
- Support on-boarding of new starters and off-boarding of exiting staff (as required).
- Support managers through performance review cycle and goal-setting.
- Support international mobility (as required).
- Maintain key expert knowledge through continuous professional development, bringing advice and best practice back to the business for consideration.
- Support diversity, wellness and employee relations initiatives.
Role Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ previous experience in HR role (essential)
- CIPD Level 5 or above (desirable)
- Degree qualified (desirable)
- Extensive knowledge of employment legislation and guidance.
- Extensive knowledge of GDPR requirements and guidance.
- Solid knowledge of common HR metrics.
- Able to format reports and HR data in accessible manner.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and professional ethics.
- Strategic mindset, able to balance needs of the business with legal compliance.
- Confident communicator.
- Resilient and adaptable.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with Office365 software.
- Comfortable with HRIS software.
- Background in construction preferred.
- Good understanding of working within international organisation.
