Candice Henderson

Candice is a QHSSE leader with 25 years’ experience in compliance, operational risk management and organisational resilience across diverse industries and geographies.

Her career spans global roles within ENGIE business units, including the past five years in London supporting RED in data centre design, mission-critical safety governance and decarbonisation advisory services. Prior to relocating to the UK, Candice spent 14 years in South Africa leading municipal bulk water and wastewater operations and maintenance, following seven years in the private railway sector, building deep expertise in complex, highly regulated operational environments.

Candice is recognised for guiding organisations through evolving regulations and standards, implementing risk-based compliance strategies and strengthening management systems to enhance operational continuity and workforce protection. She develops global frameworks and governance processes that enable safe, ethical and compliant service delivery, working closely with executive teams to uphold duty of care and ensure consistent regulatory and contractual adherence across regions and business models.
