Elizabeth is a lawyer with over 18 years’ experience practising commercial litigation in private practice and specialising in contentious and non-contentious construction law in-house.

Whilst Elizabeth has broad construction and commercial experience, she is a litigator by background and prior to joining RED was Head of Dispute Resolution for ENGIE UK & Ireland, managing a large and complex portfolio of infrastructure, energy and PFI services disputes.

As RED’s General Counsel, Elizabeth is responsible for the RED Group’s legal operations and ethics and compliance and data privacy functions globally.  Together with her global team she provides expert legal and strategic advice on all aspects of RED’s legal obligations (including contractual and regulatory) in relation to the delivery of its services across EMEA and APAC. Elizabeth is also responsible for promoting rigorous ethical standards and adherence of RED’s ethics and data privacy policies. Elizabeth advises RED’s management to ensure strict corporate governance is maintained on behalf of the RED Group.
