Guillaume Darmayan

Guillaume brings significant international leadership experience in engineering and energy infrastructure, having spent the past 14 years based in Singapore working across Southeast Asia.

Most recently, Guillaume held a senior leadership role with ENGIE in Singapore, where he was responsible for the development of local energy infrastructure projects across Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines. His remit spanned district cooling networks, solar solutions, EV charging infrastructure, Data Centre M&E contracting, and facilities management.

Prior to ENGIE, Guillaume held senior positions within entrepreneurial energy efficiency and offshore engineering businesses, supporting their expansion across Southeast Asia. He began his career in Paris, working in strategy consulting and renewable energy development.

As Senior Director - RED France, Guillaume leads and grows RED’s engineering activities in France, supporting the company’s wider European growth strategy through team development, client engagement, and the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.
