James is a Chartered Engineer with over 25 years of experience in the Building Services industry, specialising in the design, delivery, and operation of complex building services systems.

He has worked as a client, contractor, and consultant across the UK, EMEA, Australia, Singapore, and APAC, giving him a well-rounded perspective across the full project lifecycle. His experience spans multiple sectors, including mission-critical data centres, commercial, retail, education, hospitality, industrial, and urban development.

James is recognised for building and leading high-performing teams and delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects of significant scale and technical challenge, alongside managing major maintenance portfolios.

With deep expertise in mission-critical infrastructure, he has led multi-disciplinary teams on large-scale data centre developments, as well as master planning and due diligence across multiple countries. He enjoys staying at the forefront of the rapidly evolving data centre sector and applying emerging technologies to deliver future-ready solutions. James is driven by strong engineering principles, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to improving the sustainability and performance of the built environment
