Lee is an engineer and business leader with over 25 years’ experience in the Data Centre sector, spanning the design and leadership of mission critical projects across the UK and Europe.

His relationship with RED dates back to the very beginning of the business, during which time he has made a number of defining contributions to the company’s growth and direction. These include establishing the RED Philippines office, spearheading RED’s early adoption of Revit and BIM, embedding the critical business infrastructure that enabled continuity during Covid, delivering the first Tier III certified data centre outside of the US, and leading award-winning work in data centre sustainability.
As Chief Technology Officer, Lee provides strategic leadership across RED’s technical disciplines, including Energy, Research & Development, Digital, and QED (Quality, Engineering and Delivery). His role is focused on ensuring RED remains at the forefront of a rapidly evolving market - translating emerging technologies, changing client demands and industry-wide innovation into practical, scalable engineering solutions.
With a deep understanding of both technology and client need, Lee plays a key role in shaping RED’s response to the next generation of Data Centre design - from energy transition and efficiency, to digital engineering, automation and new delivery models - helping position RED as a trusted partner to the world’s leading operators and technology providers.
