Since assuming this role in 2021, Marc has driven RED's expansion across eight priority markets: Australia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Taiwan, establishing a scalable and sustainable platform for long-term growth.
Under his leadership, RED has achieved several significant milestones across the region, including the establishment of new offices and the strengthening of RED's local technical and regulatory capabilities. This progress is reflected in RED securing PEB Singapore registration, BCA PSPC (ME01) status, and achieving an Environmental Sustainability Design Tier 1 certification. These achievements enhance RED's ability to deliver and endorse complex, mission-critical projects across Singapore and the wider region.
Marc's focus is on building high-performing multidisciplinary teams, developing long-term client partnerships, and delivering engineering excellence across the Data Centre, advanced manufacturing, and commercial sectors. He is particularly passionate about supporting the energy transition and helping clients achieve ambitious sustainability, decarbonisation, and ESG objectives through innovative engineering solutions.
