With a strong foundation in mechanical engineering, he has consistently delivered high-performance, energy-efficient building solutions tailored to the complex demands of Hyperscale clients ensuring technical excellence and operational resilience.

Mike has played a key role in building and scaling teams that deliver complex engineering projects, aligning technical delivery with client expectations and sustainability goals. Most recently, he has been instrumental in driving RED’s strategic expansion into Spain and Portugal, establishing a local presence and adapting RED's global expertise to regional market demands.
