As Managing Director - Europe, Sebastien leads RED's Continental European business, overseeing operations across France, Germany, Spain, Belgium and Ireland while supporting continued expansion into new markets. He is responsible for strengthening RED's regional presence, enhancing commercial performance and growing the company's Project Management Consultancy capabilities alongside its engineering services.
Prior to joining RED, Sebastien held leadership roles at Google, where he worked closely with RED teams on the delivery of large-scale digital infrastructure programmes across Europe. Through this experience, he developed a strong understanding of RED's technical expertise, culture and client-focused approach, while building extensive relationships across the industry.
With more than 20 years of experience, Sebastien has held leadership positions across the digital infrastructure, energy, chemical, nuclear and transportation sectors with organisations including Google, Tractebel, Prayon and TUC Rail. Drawing on experience gained in complex and highly regulated environments, he has led major capital investment programmes, engineering organisations and infrastructure projects across Europe. His expertise spans engineering and construction management, project and programme delivery, organisational transformation and business development, helping clients and organisations successfully deliver and scale complex projects.
Sebastien is recognised for building strong partnerships, developing high-performing teams and creating the conditions for sustainable business growth. He works closely with country and business leaders across Europe to strengthen collaboration, support clients' evolving needs and create opportunities for RED's people, partners and business.
