As Head of Business Systems and Transformation, Shereen is responsible for the governance and continual development of RED’s Business Management System, core business systems and associated processes. She also leads strategic transformation initiatives on behalf of the Executive Committee, helping teams implement change and establish consistent ways of working across functions and regions.
Having spent her career developing a deep understanding of RED’s operations, systems and project delivery processes, Shereen has played a central role in modernising the company’s operating model. She has led the implementation of major business platforms including Salesforce and Planisware, bringing together systems, governance and delivery processes within a more integrated framework that supports collaboration, efficiency and growth.
Her wider contribution includes leadership of RED’s Business Management System and Quality Management System framework, the automation and improvement of core business processes and the delivery of strategic change initiatives across the organisation.
Shereen is recognised for her practical, collaborative approach to transformation, working closely with teams across the business to deliver sustainable change, strengthen governance and support RED’s continued growth and development.
