LinkedINThomas is an operations and performance leader with more than 20 years of international experience across the energy, infrastructure and renewable power sectors, delivering operational excellence, performance improvement and large-scale transformation programmes.
As Chief Operations and Performance Officer, Thomas is responsible for operational performance across RED, with oversight of contract management, project delivery and risk management. He leads initiatives to enhance delivery excellence, strengthen operational discipline, improve project governance, and drive continuous performance improvement across RED's global operations.
Prior to joining RED, Thomas held several senior leadership positions within ENGIE, most recently serving as Vice President of Operations for ENGIE Renewables Europe. In this role, he led operational performance, health and safety, asset management, maintenance excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across a multi-country portfolio of wind, solar, hydro and battery storage assets.
