How we designed Project AUH6 for Khazna in Abu Dhabi
Khazna appointed RED to lead the integrated design of Project AUH6, a hyperscale data centre retrofit in Abu Dhabi developed to support growing AI demand. RED coordinated the facility’s MEP infrastructure, cooling and heat rejection strategy, electrical containment and the wider technical requirements of the upgrade.
The result was a 53,000 sqm facility with 31.8MW of capacity, delivered to an Uptime Institute Tier III design and certified LEED Gold, with solar PV integrated into the site's sustainability strategy.
