2025 has been a year of growth and progress for RED. We have achieved a reduction in total emissions alongside a significant improvement in emissions intensity per employee, supported by enhanced data accuracy and targeted initiatives across the business. We have continued to embed ESG principles into our operations, including expanding Scope 3 reporting, strengthening governance frameworks, and further developing our social value approach.
