How RED managed construction delivery for İş Bank
For İş Bank’s Tier IV data centre in Istanbul, RED supported the project from initiation through to completion. As lead designer and consultant, our team provided construction supervision alongside tender management, permits and certification, testing, commissioning and operational training.
The project brought together complex MEP systems, seismic engineering requirements and stringent performance standards. RED’s involvement throughout the construction phase helped keep delivery aligned with the design, identify technical issues before handover and ensure the facility was ready to perform as intended.
The result was Turkey’s first Tier IV-certified and seismically base-isolated data centre, achieving Uptime Institute Tier IV certification and LEED Gold recognition.
