We now seek a HR Administrator to be based out of one of our UK offices - London, Bicester or Newcastle.
Role Responsibilities
- To provide support and assist in the administration of HR processes within the full employee lifecycle (including Learning & Development)
- Maintain and update accurate HR records of employee information and data through internal systems and spreadsheets
- Administration of status-change data to employee records
- Assist employees with HR related queries commensurate with experience
- Assist wider HR team with HR project areas
- Creation of HR documents including employment contracts, letters, templates and invitations
- General typing duties including note taking
- Shared responsibility for ensuring HR documentation and records are filed in line with HR processes and checklists.
- Conduct weekly audits of HR records to ensure alignment against checklists
- Shared access of the central HR mailbox and ownership of assigned task
Role Requirements
- Degree qualified or equivalent HR qualification (desirable)
- Previous experience in an administration role (essential)
- Experience within a HR environment (desirable)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Good working knowledge of MS Outlook, SharePoint and O365 applications
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritise own workload
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate clearly, both written and orally
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Experience of HR systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors (desirable)
- General understanding of working in a HR team within a global business
