How RED provided technical advisory and due diligence for Heathrow Terminal 3
RED was appointed to deliver technical due diligence for the Heathrow Terminal 3 project, carrying out a detailed review of the Stage 4 design. Our role covered comprehensive MEP design reviews, service route coordination, and assessment of builders’ work holes, alongside MEP model management. We also provided ongoing technical support throughout the design process, responding to RFIs, design queries, and issuing technical sketches as required.
