This International Women’s Day, we’re highlighting the women across RED who are pushing boundaries and influencing the future of Data Centre design.

This year’s IWD theme, ‘Give to Gain’, reflects RED’s commitment to collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and empowering our people to grow together.

To mark the day, we invited female engineers across RED to share their experiences, insights, and the impact of supporting one another across teams and regions, with us.

Across their stories, a common theme emerged: when knowledge, encouragement, and opportunity are shared, everyone gains - stronger teams, greater confidence, and better engineering outcomes.
