Our Values
Our people are at the heart of everything we do. That’s why at RED, each employee receives at least the real Living Wage – the only UK wage rate independently calculated each year to reflect the true cost of living. Unlike the government’s minimum wage, the real Living Wage ensures our team earns enough to meet everyday needs.
The rates are reviewed annually to keep pace with rising living cost and applies to directly employed and third-party contracted staff.
RED stands alongside nearly 16,000 other organisations who voluntarily pay the real Living Wage. This reaffirms our culture of trust, respect, and responsibility – ensuring our colleagues and the communities around us continue to benefit from a fair and sustainable standard of living.
