Managing Difficulties in the build
To manage and complete this building on most important street in Istanbul. To cope with many difficulties during the construction such as heavy traffic, authority permit for work, restricted night operations for delivery and unloading the material and equipment.
Sustainability
A space, built respecting the concepts of sustainability, with the green roof that improves the insulation and thermal comfort of the building, as well as concealing a system used to recover rainwater for irrigation.
