PROJECT SUMMARY

The refurbishment of One Southwark Bridge Road delivers a modern office space that respects its historic setting. 200% Increase in Site Ecology

Through the introduction of green roofs, planting, and biodiversity measures, the project more than doubled the ecological value of the site.

60kWp of Rooftop Solar PVs

Renewable energy was a core part of the design, with 60kWp of rooftop solar panels and air source heat pumps helping to significantly cut operational emissions.
