- Renewables: 60kWp of rooftop solar PVs and air source heat pumps (ASHP), cutting operational emissions.
- Biodiversity: Nearly 400m² of green roofing, over 200% increase in site ecology, plus bird boxes and bird bricks.
- Construction: Maximum points in the Considerate Contractors scheme, with exemplary site management.
